Jacksonville: man was found shot and killed in front of this westside home early Tuesday morning, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reports. According to police, a man in his late 40s was found dead in front of his home located in the 8000 block of Hammond Blvd, suffering from gunshot wounds. Police report family members were inside the home at the time of the shooting, but no more information was given.

Jacksonville: Two people were found shot in the middle of a street in Lackawanna Saturday. The 26-year-old woman was found dead at the scene shortly after 9 p.m. in the 3100 block of Columbus Drive. A 29-year-old man was also found lying in the street and suffered life-threatening injuries. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment, JSO spokesman David Smith said.

Orlando: An employee of a pawn shop in Orlando was shot multiple times and rushed to a hospital, according to authorities. Deputies said the shooting occurred in the parking lot of a pawn shop on Orange Blossom Trail near Americana Boulevard only a few minutes after it closed Saturday.
A fake explosion caused a scare at Miami International Airport Saturday night, after an airport employee discovered an unattended bag in a concourse restroom. Police said the employee found what looked like a grenade in the bag. The area was cleared and a bomb squad was called in.
